Finally, this past month has been healthy for Trey! Makes a lot less stress for mom! I held out and waited the full 4 weeks for labs and his numbers are good. His liver numbers are a tad high but nothing to be worried about. As always my biggest concern is his constant low platelet numbers. Some of his CBC numbers were almost high out of range telling me that something viral may be brewing, but hopefully not! Trey has not been to our local doctor since March 1. I think it is a record! In the past it seemed everyday we were dealing with loose stools and a burning bottom. He has only had that twice this past month.

First Communtion went perfect and we had beautiful weather! Emma looked beautiful! It is hard to believe she is in 2nd grade soon to be 3rd. Hard to believe school will soon be out! Anna is great!

Trey is a terror just like his dad!

April is Organ Donation Awareness month. Please be an organ donor and help save someone elses life!

Labs last week weren’t perfect but are starting to look much better. We haven’t heard if he can go to monthly labs so I’ll make the call and redo labs at 3 weeks if he stays healthy. Three weeks seems like such a long time not knowing where his numbers are sitting.

Trey had his last Synagis (RSV) shot last week for the season and hopefully forever! He weighed in at 32 lbs. Way up from the 13 lbs we brought him home weighing after transplant. He does still have his large stomach. We know his spleen is large but not sure if this is most of it or not. There is always worry that there is something more going on that we don’t know about.

He has loved the warmer days and getting to go outside to play. Every time we mention camping or fishing he gets all excited.

The girls are great and ready for summer. Emma will be celebrating her First Communion soon. Both had excellent report cards and we are very proud of them.

We had a great Easter and got to celebrate with mom, dad, Christa, Cody and Nate in Columbus. We aslo got to celebrate with Don, Sue, Kelli, Rob and kids and all the Sacketts. As always the food was delicious!

Another new cousin for Trey! It is a boy, Zachary Payne born to Daren and Tracey the day before Easter! A few scary moments but both mom and baby, and dad looked great later that evening. We are very happy for them!
